I had the great pleasure of meeting “Owivia” in the park today.  She is three-years-old and says her name better than any Olivia I've ever met.  I patted her on the back and said, “You are so sweet.”  She looked off and nodding her head, said,
 “Yes.  I am.”

I watched the geese float in the water and spread their wings.  I smiled at others enjoying this day, and many of them smiled, too.  I sat on a park bench and watched the lightness of life moving all around me.

These are the moments of life, in feeling love, beauty and simplicity moving around us at any moment.  I feel grateful, happy, and at peace.
